Customer Care Technician
Visionary Medical Systems Inc., a leader in Practice Management and Electronic Health Records Software located in Tampa, has an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Care Support Technician. Candidates must have a minimum of one to two years help desk/customer service experience. Candidates must have healthcare technology/medical office experience. Experience should include assisting customers via inbound calls and outbound calls. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are required. Candidates must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Provide telephone support to clients on use of software products.
Solve problems by gathering information and evaluating options.
Required Skills/education/experience
- Experience in help desk/customer support environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
- Experience with healthcare technology. Medical billing software knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Visionary Practice Consultant, you must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, strong business acumen, excellent time management skills, and a positive winning attitude.
The Practice Consultant will be responsible for gaining extensive knowledge of all Visionary software solutions, developing new business opportunities, consulting with physicians, performing face-to-face and web-based product demonstrations, creating winning solution-based proposals, periodic travel to customer sites and trade shows, and achieving sales revenue objectives.
This position has a base salary plus a commission schedule that is uncapped and accelerates with above target performance. Visionary offers excellent benefits including health insurance.
